This is plate one in the hand-numbered collection Profiles of Bravery: America's Noble Chiefs produced exclusively for The Crestley Collection. Plate number 57 B.

It comes with a certificate of authenticity. The plate is 7 5/8" in diameter. It is in excellent condition and comes with a plate hanger ready to hang on you wall.
