Artaffects presents - Strength of the Sioux by Perillo. This is one of eight porcelain collector plates from The Council of Nations series by Artaffects. The Plate number is 0721 E. This plate was limited to 14 firing days. The certificate of authenticity is stamped on the back of the plate. Strength of the Sioux depects an image of a tribal elder selected by his brothers as an honored delegate to inter-tribal council meetings. Beautiful artistry and vivid colors and is rimmed in 23 karat gold. Plate was issued in 1991 by Artaffects Ltd. It is in excellent condition and comes with a plate hanger ready to hang on you wall.
