1998 Colonial Bouquet

I am looking for the Colonial Bouquet Plate for Rhode Island. It was produced by Lenox in 1999. The plates are cream colored with a pierced rim that is trimed in gold. The center of the plate has a bouquet of flowers native to the state represented. I would expect to pay about $200.00 for the plate
