BROKEN PLATE WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE!

I am looking to replace a Hamilton Collection plate. It is titled Jesus, the Children's Friend from the Portraits of Jesus collection. It was an Edition Limited to a total of 28 firing days. My youngest daughter accidentally knocked it off and broke it. She cried for days. I absolutely love this collection it was given to me 20 years ago by my mother. Can anyone help?
